Service Estimates
Estimates provided by Aspen HVAC — whether by phone, email, or on-site — are based on information available at the time. Final pricing may differ if site conditions, scope, or required materials differ from what was assessed. Aspen HVAC provides upfront pricing before beginning any work, and no work proceeds without customer agreement.
Scheduling and Appointments
Service appointments are confirmed by Aspen HVAC by phone or email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible by calling 781 289 1000. Emergency service is available 24/7 and is dispatched on a first-available basis.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Aspen HVAC accepts payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger installations or commercial service agreements, payment terms may be established in a separate written agreement.
Warranty and Workmanship
Aspen HVAC stands behind its work. Labor is warranted against defects for a period agreed at the time of service. Equipment and parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty — Aspen HVAC will assist in processing warranty claims for equipment it installs. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, or conditions outside Aspen HVAC's control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Aspen HVAC's liability for any claim arising from services or use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Aspen HVAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
